The platform integrates 200 soy sauce, miso, vinegar, and mirin breweries nationwide, alongside content explaining their historical backgrounds and connections to Edo-period currency. The service surpassed 1 million PV in its first month, attracting attention as a new business model bridging food culture and ancient coin culture.
